Cancellation Policy
A 20% fee will be applied to last minute cancellation/
First time offender will be waived and will require a card on file to book next appointment
NO show policy
A 50% will be applied to any no show appointment and card must be on file to book next appointment
Late policy
clients will be given a 10-minute grace period before appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, and a $10-dollar, late fee will be applied to appointment date
